PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 2 bedroom in the heart of town of Poughkeepsie. This apartment is on the upper floor of a two story condo complex. It features 2 bedrooms with a combined living/dining room and a balcony overlooking the parking lot. Heating and hot water are included. An assigned parking spot is available, additional parking spots can be requested but are not guaranteed (there is guest parking however). Community laundry on premises and pool is available as well. Apartment will NOT be furnished. Complex is located on Route 9 (heading north), fairly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is surrounded by a variety of retail stores, restaurants, and a local park (Locust Grove), all conveniently within walking or driving distance. Additionally, Poughkeepsie train station is a nice 5-10min drive as well as the rest of Poughkeepsie city. Application process: Prospective applicants are subject to background credit check and board approval interview. There's no need to bring anything, I'll only need your email address (and the addresses of any other adults moving in) to initiate a background check. There will be a 40$ fee that you can pay in person or online. Once your background check is complete, you will have to meet with the HOA Board to determine eligibility.
