Central uptown location, Only 2 Blocks from Lake of the Isles which is connected to Cedar Lake and Bde Maka Ska. In winter it is used for ice skating and hockey and serves as the location of the Annual New Year's Eve celebration featuring roasted marshmallows and hot chocolate!! The lake has an area of 109 acres (0.4 km2), 2.86 miles (4.6 km) of shoreline with a little under three miles of paved walking and biking paths. You will be within minutes of many popular restaurants including but definitely not limited to, The Red Cow, India Palace, and Wakame Sushi. This is a quiet and cozy complex with only 14 total units. We offer on-site Laundry, Free off-street parking and 24hr Maintenance. We are a pet friendly community with all utilities paid except electricity.
