Great staff, clean apartment and amenities. Views of the city are nice and there is not much noise. Walls seem thicker than typical apartment walls.

Parking managed by an external app is not the best. I do not get the 2 slots promised with a penthouse. Overall staff is good. Appartment are in good condition. The floor is low quality. I do not use the amenity.

Had a hiccup in move in, but they addressed the problem extremely fast! Really nice amenities and apartments. Only annoying thing is the bedroom closet lights are automatic and shut off pretty fast even when you're in there. No free guest parking which is also annoying. Most units you can't open the windows. Gas stoves, disposal, ice machine, and filtered water from fridge are great features to the apartment.

I love living at 270, its such a great location and the amenities are awesome! Plus its a very dog friendly building, which means you get to see cute dogs daily!
Leasing office is great and prioritizes residents. Maintenance team is also very accessible in case of any emergencies. Definitely one of the higher end apartments of minneapolis, worth it!
Just moved in and it’s great so far! I love all of the amenities and how clean and bright it is in the building. The move in process was fairly straight forward and not too much of a headache. Overall great experience so far!

I just moved in and so far it has been wonderful. The property managers are extremely communicative and helpful. The other residents are very friendly. The building is well kept up and full of good amenities. My only gripe is with the key fobs that are needed for the elevators and each apartment. They are slow, but I’m sure I just need to get used to it.

Move in process was simple and amenities are great! Huge windows with so much natural light only downside is windows don’t open, but the rooftop patio is great to get fresh air!

Overall great apartment building with friendly staff and many amenities that other buildings do not offer for comparable price. Great downtown location for transit routes as well.

Love the amenities up on the nineteenth floor, great views of the city and the pool and the hot tub is both year round, closes at 11pm every night.

I am satisfied for my stay here overall. Clearly there has been improvement when it comes to communication with the leasing team. Especially Kaleb has been very supportive and understanding, and other staff including concierge are really friendly and communicative too. But still, clearly there is room for improvement. Common utility bill is still too high for micro units, windows cannot be opened at all which makes it extremely difficult to cook, public wifi is not stable, and Parkade app for parking is not easy to invite friends. (visitors have to install the app for just single visit which is really bothersome, and it is not easy for them to find the spot)

I just moved in and am loving it so far. The staff has been very helpful with the move-in process. I love the amenities and the property seems to be secure and very well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is that the amenities be open later at night.
