About This Property

will not respond to text messages, you must call and leave message and I'll call you back to make plans to meet. I work 6 days a week (COVID RN) so will have 1 day a week to work on this. Will only have time to call back first 1-2 people that call. If 10-20 people call I'm sorry I wont be able to call everyone back, so if you dont hear from me, I ran out of time. estimated move in date will be end of June to July 1, but move in no later than July 10 (I will be out of town July 14-26). Must have excellent credit. You will pay for credit check and poor credit will not be accepted so please save your money if bad credit. if more than 1 occupant, both must apply. 1st floor apartment / no view. big kitchen for those of you who like to cook, complete with dishwasher, over range microwave, sufficient cabinet space and countertops. full size LG brand washer/dryer. The unit overall is small and storage is limited, but there are 2 closets and a pantry. No outside storage. pets ok but you must be respectable of others by picking up waste, but most important, you dont have a dog that barks endlessly while you are gone (has happened with prior tenants), or a male cat who urinates in the house. There are 4 apartments in this building, you are within close vicinity to the 3 other tenants. If you like loud tv, sports, gaming, or music, or often have people over, you may find noise control to be an issue with your neighbors. uncovered parking for one car in back. central air Be aware that this building is in the heart of an entertainment district, which means bar noise and music can and will be heard from your unit on Friday and Saturday nights as well as limited parking. No smoking - all current tenants are non smokers and will not tolerate smoke. From front door, walk into living room. From there walk into kitchen with a small area for dining room table, plus closet/pantry. From there go into small hallway with bathroom and back door entrance that allows access to parking in back. From there go into bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout. Industrial venting for AC and heat (see pics). Dimensions: total 600 square feet...17x12 - living, 6x10 - kitchen, 8x6 - bath, 9x6 - hall, 11x12 - bedroom.
