There is an iron metal fence with an electric powered gate for secured parking. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick bite all the way up to meal prepping for the week. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and stove, and includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and microwave. New stacked washer and dryer in the house. There is laundry soap and a few other toiletries to get you started. Depending on how busy the house is there will be cleaning about every 2 weeks. Highland Hospital is a short 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Many universities, medical centers, and hospitals are easy to access since we are close to freeway entrances. There is a 62 and 14 bus stop at the corner that will take you to multiple BART stations. A 15 minute walk will get you to the 57 and NL bus lines. The NL is a transbay bus line that will get you to San Francisco.
