Several embassies, cultural centers and churches are right around the block and beautiful buildings line Meridian Hill Park. Short walks to various gyms (e.g. Vida), grocery stores (e.g. Harris Teeter) and shopping (Target & Bed, Bath & Beyond). - South, 14th and U streets are easily walkable as well as Dupont Circle - West, Adams Morgan is walkable and little further is Rock Creek Park, great for joggers and bikers - North, the heart of Columbia Heights awaits - Transportation: Right of 16th Street, easy access to many bus stops and lines as well as frequent taxis. Currently living in New York, he will be available throughout the year and easy to reach/communicate with. Tenants will upkeep front/back patios and minor repairs, such as lighting replacements, air filters. Due to COVID-19, won't have "open houses," but get in contact, and I can arrange a visit. A great value for square footage and location. Earliest move-in date is Dec. 1, 2020. PICTURES These are a mixture of different time periods (from when the owner lived there, current tenants, and original showing photos). PETS A great spot for a well-behaved dog given the private front and back doors and proximity to The Park. Max 2 pets and max 1 dog. $250 overall refundable pet deposit. Additional pet fee of $25 per pet/mo for first pet. $15 per pet/mo for second pet. If there are pets, will also require a twice-annual professional cleaning with an annual fee of $250 (but you would be getting that benefit as well!). The owner used to have dogs and it was fine with the neighbors and other condo occupants, but, if there is excessive or very loud barking, it can be heard from the second unit above, so any dog would need to not bark randomly while the owner is away.
