Fully furnished and move-in ready, it offers a peaceful yet convenient location just 2min from the I-25, 10min from Old Town, the hospitals, supermarkets, and only a 15-minute bike ride to the breweries. The home features four upstairs bedrooms (1 with full en-suite bathroom, 2 good sized bedrooms, and a 4th small bedroom with double bunkbeds). There is a seperate guest bathroom upstairs. It comfortably sleeps 4 people but is ideal for two residents with room for guests. The open-concept kitchen and living room include an eat-in area, a separate dining/living room and access to the back deck where you'll find table, chairs and a BBQ for use. There are 2 dedicated offices with desks (one standing) for those that work remote. Attached to the house is a one-car garage with ample storage for outdoor gear and 2 parking spaces to the front. The low-maintenance backyard features raised garden beds, and the home is equipped with A/C and a furnace for year-round comfort. There is a small home gym in the basement that can be used too :) Fast internet, and all utilities (water, gas, electricity, garbage, HOA) can be included in the rental fee (+$450 per month subject to fair usage). Please call to discuss. The property is pet-friendly for small, trained pets, featuring a dog door leading to a fully fenced backyard. The new Crecent park in the neighborhood is great for families, and the HOA includes a pool (just a 2-minute walk away), and other community amenities. Renters insurance required and background checks. LEASE TERMS This property is available for medium-term rental (6 months - 1 year ) from September 1st 2025. You can rent and pay for your own utilities ($2,950), or have all utlities included ($3,400) (gas, water, electricity, garbage, and internet). Everything you need to get settled into Fort Collins lifestyle without hassle. Tenant Responsibilities: - Lawn maintenance (front and back) during summer months - General garden upkeep - Snow removal from the driveway and walkways during winter months If you are unable or prefer not to handle these tasks, a service can be arranged for an additional fee. A $2,000 security deposit is required, refundable at the end of the tenancy if the property is returned in its original condition. A non-refundable $200 cleaning fee also applies.
