Household is friendly (two single females and two female-spayed medium sized dogs), but relatively quiet, so renter should be easy-going and respectful. Fenced yard backs community "green-space" and contains four elevated garden planters for veggies/flowers/etc. Driveway or street parking is available for new renters, potentially one garage space (first come first serve). Available space is downstairs unit, including private living space, small bedroom, and private bathroom. Deposit ($800) and first month's rent due before move-in. Move in June 1st. One year rental period. Credit and background checks will be performed if application is approved. Contract must be signed by renter and landlord. Landlord lives off site (Denver).
