Cozy room available in Woodlawn. 10 minute walk to metro north, 5minute bus ride to 2,4, and 5 trains. 30 minutes into manhattan. House is in great location- close to Manhattan and two blocks away from Westchester County (Yonkers). There are tons of grocery stores, restaurants, salons and bars within walking distance. Access to beautiful new kitchen,bathroom,and common area. Tons of space. Share apt. with two women mid-late 20's. share bathroom with 1 other house mate. Myself and other house mate would describe ourselves as social but also quiet and respectful of other house mates' space. Noise levels are usually low here, and we would want to keep it that way :) . Not really a "hang-out" type of house as landlords live below and value quiet. Great for students, or a commuter who wants to save some money. Can't beat this deal!
