As this condo is in the smallest of all the villages, every time I went to the pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court, grill, or fitness center, I had it to myself. Golfers get a discount on the use of the golf course, though I am not sure of the amount. And the golf course clubhouse on-site has a little restaurant and bar on the water within easy walking distance for all residents. Cove Cay residents can also use the community marina to launch a kayak, paddle board, etc. The entire community is gated and guarded 24 hours a day, expertly landscaped, and beautifully maintained. Cove Cay does require a background check before approving a tenant at a cost of $100 per person or per married couple.
