Located on the best street in Congress Park, this apartment is park heaven, only 3 blocks to Congress Park, 5 blocks to City Park, and 6 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens. Dozens of cool coffee shops and restaurants are within 5 blocks walking, with Congress Park Market for groceries and sandwiches across the street and Sprouts Farmers Market 8 blocks away. It's also conveniently located 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, 1 hour and 30 minutes to ski resorts, and near several hospitals. Free street parking is available on North/South bound Elizabeth St and Clayton St that are half block in either direction. 1 or 2 hour parking on 12th Ave. Please see signs for street sweeping days. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and tower fans. We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Many of our guests work from home. Please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances. Additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property, and guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise violations. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees. Check out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. [SI]
