This apartment boasts refinished hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen and bath, and a cozy built-in breakfast nook perfect for morning coffee. The stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. A smart TV is available for your streaming needs. Free communal laundry facilities are available. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. This apartment is located three blocks from Congress Park, five blocks from City Park and six blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens. Dozens of cool coffee shops and restaurants are within a five-block walk, with a few on the same block. Congress Park Market for groceries and sandwiches is across the street and Sprouts Farmers Market is eight blocks away. The apartment is eight minutes from Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes from downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St. Joseph, Presbyterian St. Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away) and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). This is a dog-friendly apartment, but there is a strict no-cats policy. Many guests work from home, so please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property without a refund. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes.
