Two young, professional women are seeking a roommate (and hopefully friend!) for our 3-bedroom apartment. In our 20s and neat and nice, we love cooking, baking, and eating as well as being active and outdoors. While we can be normal humans who like to sit and read quietly, we also can be really silly, making even mundane things seem fun. We work regular business hours, are home most nights (spending our time chatting and hanging out in the common areas), and embark on adventures on the weekends. Please no pets: We already have an indoor, long-haired cat, and he loves humans but prefers no other animal inhabitants. Our 2nd floor apartment features a kitchen with a bar and lots of cabinet space; a dining room attached to living room with a fireplace, a window seat, and access to balcony; in-unit washer and dryer; valet trash; vaulted ceilings. The bedroom in question is 12'x12' with a double, sliding door closet and a nearly floor-to-ceiling window. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The bathroom has two separate sinks and two cabinets. The neighborhood is quiet with many families. The apartment facilities include a large gym, movie theatre, Sunday continental breakfast, and racquetball, basketball, and tennis courts. City - Superior

There are many reasons why Superior, Colorado is, well, superior. This terrific little town is tucked into the Rocky Mountains near some fantastic hiking trails. It was named one of the best places to live in Colorado in 2017, and it is only six miles southeast of Boulder and the University of Colorado Boulder. Denver is just 20 miles southeast, with mass transit available through RTD. But it wasn't bragging that led to its name -- it was coal. Superior began as a coal mining town in the late 1800s, and the miners considered the coal in the area "superior" to coal in other regions.
