There is no better neighborhood than South of Fifth, it is the quality of life so many seek; that walkable neighborhood with the top condos and restaurants around. The beachwalk runs the entire length of the neighborhood on both the Ocean side, around government cut where the cruise ships head out to sea, through South Pointe Park over to the Bay and back up to 5th St. Head past 5th Street and that same beachwalk takes you all the way up to Bal Harbour.
