Bethany has spent the last 25 years perfecting her role within the Rhode Island real estate community. Bethany began her career with Residential Properties in 2003. She later expanded her portfolio representing premier luxury developments, including the Carnegie Abbey Club and Newport Beach Club. In 2013, she joined Bank of America and Mortgage Network as a Loan Officer. This tenure in the mortgage industry provided her with invaluable financing insights, which she now leverages to ensure smooth, seamless closings for her real estate clients. Her professional expertise is deeply intertwined with her personal empathy. After navigating the complex and emotional challenge of moving her own parents—including relocating her father with dementia—Bethany gained a profound understanding of what families experience during difficult life transitions. "It was humbling and enlightening at the same time," she reflects. "It gave me firsthand experience of the logistical and emotional weight families carry." Driven by this experience, she earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. Today, she proudly specializes in helping families seamlessly downsize into manageable accommodations or thoughtfully manage property transitions after the loss of a loved one. A lifelong Rhode Island resident, Bethany is a graduate of the Wheeler School and holds a BA in psychology from Rhode Island College. She currently resides in the Edgewood neighborhood of Cranston with her daughter, Ella, and her adopted dog, Rocco. When she isn't advocating for her clients, she can be found experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, exploring the local culinary scene, or enjoying Rhode Island's beautiful beaches.
