In the 10 years I've lived here I have only had one cockroach problem. Well recently I have had another cockroach issue and whoever on my floor or above or below me isn't doing their due diligence, keeps passing their cockroach problem back to me. I have seen them on the floors in the hall and in the elevator. The superintendent talks to you very condescendingly and doesn't do anything you ask him to until you really bug him about it. Whoever is moving in and bringing cockroach infestations with them is spreading it to others who don't want their problem!
