This is a second floor corner unit with cathedral ceilings in a quiet, 4-unit well cared for building on the beach side of highly-desirable Malibu Road. Garage parking for one car with a second tandem space directly outside. The unit is unfurnished and recently renovated. Each unit has an outdoor deck overlooking the sand. At beach level, there is an enclosed outdoor shower for building use. Parking is available for two cars (one inside garage, one directly outside). Ample storage in the garage. Laundry facilities are for the building and are free of charge. Dog subject to owner approval. No cats. The ocean is at your backdoor, with schools of dolphins and seals swimming by.
