Property Ratings at 254 Joralemon St
Management is terrible. The building is filthy. There are bedbug issues in several apartments and have been like that for years. Roaches and mice- forget about it. The tenants are filthy. They drink, smoke and who knows what else in the halls and staircases and leave all their crap behind them. If all you’re looking for is lower than usual rent - by all means come here! But I certainly hope you’re not lowering your standards that much simply due to affordability.
