Included reserved off street parking * In unit washer and dryer * Portable dishwasher * Gas Range * Window AC unit * Breakfast nook/eat in kitchen * Secured entry * Well behaved cats or dogs are welcome. While I do not consider it a good set up for a dog, we have allowed a dog in it, so if you think your dog would be happy, then we can discuss the situation. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with local provider. Tenant will reimburse Owner for a portion of the property's gas bill and water and sewer bill and unit's trash costs.
