Amazing fully gut renovated brown stone in the most desirable location in town. This building is by far my favorite one in the west village, impeccable hallway and staircase that surpasses condo quality, the apartment is located on the second floor (1 flight up), receive amazing sunlight and have been recently renovated to the level you would expect from a condo, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in the unit, A/C, beautiful modern huge bathroom and molding trough out the apartment and a beautiful balcony for cozy cook-outs. The building has only 4 units with lovely neighbors. If you are not familiar with the west village let me write a few words on the surrounding streets: 2 blocks to your west there is the Hudson River with amazing Jogging/bicycle trail and great parks to sunbath during the summer. One block to your east you will find all the great shopping (Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren & more), restaurants, bistro bars, pubs and other attractions.
