The kitchen is large for an apartment and allows comfortable use from a wheelchair. It has stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and glass-top stove. There are full-sized front-loading energy-star washer and dryer. The very nice clubhouse includes 2 seasonal pools and a soaking tub, showers, a professional fitness center with weights and advanced-technology machines--all in a large room with windows for walls and large-screen TVs--a barbecue that you can reserve, a theater, cooking and party facilities, and wifi. The rent includes package receiving and an assigned carport parking place right next to the apartment. You can also rent a garage. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. There is a nice children's playground. The apartment is on the main floor and has a roomy patio which you could line with plants for privacy, etc. The property is on the bank of the Yakima River, and W.E. Johnson Park is nearby; none of the one-bedroom apartments has a river view, but you can walk along the rough river edge. Look at the map aerial view to see the location. You would need transportation to get to stores. The location is ideal if you work or go to school in the Tri Cities or Walla Walla because it is next to the ByPass highway, with easy access to Hanford, WSU, Columbia College, government offices, PNNS, and other employers.
