This apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for preparing meals. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided. Certified service animals are allowed, subject to breed and pet restrictions by building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted. Parking on the premises is at the owner's risk, and we assume no liability for any vehicle, occupants, or contents. Located minutes away from the University of Cincinnati, UC Hospital, Rookwood Commons & Pavilion, and many more attractions. Enjoy the park and tennis courts just across the street during the day. The area is also a short distance from historic sites and museums, and is filled with restaurants and attractions. Visit the Krohn Conservatory and Cincinnati Art Museum while looking out over the Ohio River. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each space has a maximum occupancy limit. We cannot accept any package deliveries and do not allow guests to accept mail or give out this address. We assume no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail. We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If we determine that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. We reserve the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment. The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.
