It's under 10 minutes' walking distance to the pharmacy, gas station, dentist, anytime fitness, and local bakery. It is close to Sunnyside Elementary School, East Middle School, and East High School. $950/month rent with a minimum 12-month lease. A $1,900 security deposit is required. Any small pet is welcome with an extra $50 per month. The late fee each month is $100 (with a 5 business days grace period from the due date). The rent does not include utilities or any yard maintenance (such as mowing, snow removal, racking, etc.).
