All prospective Tenants must complete an application (paid by Tenant), to include a credit, criminal background check, and an eviction history report. All Tenants must sign a lease and agree to the House Rules as a condition of the lease. Tenants must provide evidence of renter's insurance prior to occupancy and maintain coverage during the lease. City of Tempe 1.8% TPT tax will be added to the monthly rent and remitted.
