This single-level home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering a comfortable and accessible layout. The open-plan living space features comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe, with a TV and a dining table. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals. Enjoy community amenities that include a sparkling pool, a well-maintained gym, a clubhouse lounge, a basketball court, a walking and biking trail, and a grill. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year-round, while bathroom and bedroom amenities ensure a hassle-free stay. A washer and dryer and reliable Wi-Fi are also available. This home is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in a peaceful neighborhood that’s still close to shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences, this home is a short drive from attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and nearby parks. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. An authorization hold of $250 will be placed on your credit card prior to your arrival and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly.
