The interior boasts a queen bed with luxury linens, a comfy sofa with a pull-out bed, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. Guests have access to free parking, although trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. Pets are permitted with prior notice and a $100 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so.
