The Hobart in Los Angeles
If you like spiders, rodents and roaches disrespecting your boundaries, this is the place to be! The manager is distant and takes at least three weeks to fix a clogged sink. My neighbors are quiet, polite and make sure to ask you if you want to buy Herbalife from them. Overall, the apartment is a fair starter apartment. Silver lining? It's all utilities paid?
