Excellently located apartment in a well-taken care of doorman and elevator building. There is coin operated laundry in the basement and the apartment has a small balcony. It's only a few minutes walk from the 1st avenue entrance to the F subway stop '2nd Ave'. There's also everything you could need in the neighborhood including a great supermarket next door. Pet friendly and great view from the rooftop! The apartment is newly renovated with a large, well-appointed kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub, a large bedroom (can fit a king size bed) and enough room in the living room for a dining table. The apartment is located on the north side of the building making it very quiet and overlooking the backyard and bike parking area. This is a no-fee apartment (other than $67 application fee) and after setting up a viewing, all interested potential tenants will submit their application through the broker in charge of managing the building. It's available from April 7th. Those interested need suitable income and a good credit score.
