Feel at home and stay like a true New Yorker. This apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a computer desk, and a couch that turns into a bed. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen LCD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, and dishes. Pets are welcome with a fee that varies between $250 and $350. Enjoy your home away from home and stay like a true New Yorker. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a pet fee that varies between $250 and $350. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. We also require a verification of employment letter and a copy of your current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 10pm and $100 after midnight. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
