It is a few minutes' walk from the Q line subway station on 2nd Ave and from the 4, 5, 6 subway station. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom and a full kitchen fully equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. The living room has a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the subway line on 2nd Avenue and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway station, the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and any other store you can think of. There is also a laundry store right next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Each bedroom is furnished with a closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
