Paperwork and credit check required. All adults will be on the lease. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. Showings will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and early evenings by appointment. Agents can bring their clients. An agreement will need to be signed by agents and clients stating that the client hired the agent, the client pays the broker fee, and the agent does not have permission to post my listing.
