For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin-size air mattress with bedding is available in the living room. The bedroom offers clothes hooks and hangers, with extra storage in the living room dresser. Enjoy individual climate controls for heat and AC in both the living room and bedroom. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building, and the unit includes one off-street free parking spot closest to the alley. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. Downtown Littleton is a vibrant area brimming with restaurants, taverns, boutiques, and a day spa. Enjoy live performances at the Performing Arts Theater just steps away. The building is conveniently located near bike trails along the South Platte River, and is a block from the C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system and RTD bus routes. The eatery below is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, so occasional blender noise may be heard. Quiet time starts between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking of any substance in the house or on the property is prohibited, with a $350 fee to cover cleaning and restoration costs for violations. Unauthorized pets are prohibited, with a $500 fee plus cleaning costs for violations. Unregistered guests may incur additional charges of $200 per guest per night.
