A twin-size air mattress including all bedding is also available in the living room. Although the bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, there are clothes hooks and hangers plus additional clothes storage in the spacious living room dresser. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and bedroom to ensure your comfort during your stay. One reserved parking space is included at the rear of the building. Downtown Littleton is brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, unique retailers, a day spa, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, Light Rail Station, and RTD bus route. The neighborhood is described as quaint and charming, with 220 businesses, many of which are locally owned. The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. Access to the apartment is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The eatery below is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, so you may hear an occasional blender. Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the apartment or on the property, and violators will be charged $350 to cover all costs to clean and restore the apartment. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance, plus all costs to clean and restore the apartment. Quiet time starts between 10 PM and 8 AM, and please be respectful of all neighbors.
