Enjoy a comfortable Queen-size sofa bed, a large flat-screen 4K Roku Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and whiteboard. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sink, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. A cozy dining table with 4 chairs is perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with a foam mattress, complete with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with a closet and another large flat-screen 4K Roku Smart TV. The spacious full bathroom is stocked with a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. A parking garage is located around the corner on 2nd Street - Autopark Olde City. Street parking is available after 8 pm daily and all weekend, but please read signs carefully as towing is enforced. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights or monthly. Guests must provide pet details for approval, and failure to comply with pet policies may result in additional charges.
