The side door is commonly used as the main entrance since the elevator is located there. This apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Enjoy amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, two smart TVs with access to Prime and Hulu, central AC, linens, towels, toiletries, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A Keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea is also provided. A pack n play and high chair are available. Parking is available in a lot next door for $15 to $45 for 24 hours. Otherwise, free parking is available on Sundays a few blocks away, and metered parking is available on other days between 8 am and 8 pm. Known as America’s most historic square mile, Olde City Philadelphia offers a blend of history, arts, and dining. Walk to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Elfreth's Alley, and numerous art galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. The apartment is also conveniently located near the Market-Frankford subway line and a short ride away from Philadelphia's sports arenas and the Philadelphia International Airport. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee will not exceed $175 per pet per month. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines imposed by the apartment complex. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. Each undeclared or unauthorized extra guest or pet will be charged an extra $50 per night. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional $75 for every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. The hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100 per hour. A lost key, key fob, or parking access swipe card will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. A lost parking pass tag will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Guests are required to complete the digital boarding pass before check-in. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the apartment.
