This apartment features fast Wi-Fi, two smart TVs with Roku, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, central AC, linens, towels, toiletries, and an in-apartment washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. A Pack N Play and high chair are available. Parking is available in a lot next door for $15 to $45 for 24 hours. Free parking is available on Sundays a few blocks away, and metered parking is available on other days between 8 am and 8 pm. The Bourse Parking Garage and Autopark at Old City are also nearby. With a walk score of 99, this apartment is within walking distance of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Elfreth's Alley. It is also conveniently located near the Convention Center, CHOP, Jefferson/Penn Hospital, and UPENN. Amada, a local favorite Spanish Cuisine tapas bar, is a half-mile walk away. Cuba Libre Cuban Cuisine and late-night salsa dancing are a 10-minute walk away. Zahav, Goldie, and other restaurants are also within walking distance. The Market-Frankford subway line is a few steps away, and Philadelphia International Airport is 18 minutes away. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1 to 6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7 to 21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights or monthly stays, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines imposed by the apartment complex. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, extra cleanings are required once per month. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. Unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night per guest or pet. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $75 for every 30 minutes. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge, and lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Failure to send a photo of any associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, including a $500 ozone treatment. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
