This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a double-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties or gatherings, no loud music, and no smoking are allowed. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
