This is our home of 40 years with an update garden unit. The space is cool in the summer (with air conditioning) and cozy in the winter (with radiators). The space is quiet and the block is amazing.
Lovely large garden unit in our stately brownstone built in 1896. The best block in Lincoln Park-close to the Fullerton El and the busses on Clark, Lincoln, Halsted, and the park. Unit has a large bedroom, large living room, and large modern kitchen. All utilities included (heat, air conditioning, premium cable, electricity, gas). Unit has free laundry as well. There is also room for additional storage. Minimum credit required of 675. Thank you!
