The entire house is freshly painted. New wood floor installed in 2024. New roof and furnace in 2023. New central a/c in 2024. Cute fenced in backyard with raised garden beds. Plenty of storage in the basement, detached garage and backyard shed. Tenant will pay all utilities and do mowing and snow removal. Cats and small dogs (up to 30lbs) are allowed. There is an additional $50 fee a month for pets.
