Good overall

This building is in a pretty good neighborhood. Rent includes everything but electric and cable/internet which is a plus. The building is wired for FiOS so no headaches with Comcast. Off-street parking was a selling point but the lot is almost always full when I try and get a spot, the reason being is that it is shared among a whole row of buildings owned by the same management.
