This townhome features a spacious living area, a full kitchen, indoor dining and a breakfast nook. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and basic cookware. For entertainment, there is a large TV in the living area. As a guest, you gain access to the Regal Palms Resort & Spa amenity center, including a pool with a slide, a lazy river, and a gym. The resort also offers an indoor playground, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop. Free on-site parking and additional street parking are available. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for amenity access. Located in the gated Regal Palms community near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, this townhome is a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions, with easy access to I-4 and I-192. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The check-out time is 10 AM.
