The kitchen features all SS appliances including dishwasher, gas range, over-the-range microwave, extra tall 42" cabinets and butcher block countertops. The bathroom features a extra large soaking tub, shower, 60" vanity and on-demand hot water. Full size stacked front load washer and dryer at the end of the hall. All interior doors are solid core extra tall and wide at 84" x 36". Swipe card access at front and rear exterior entrances. Buzz door access at the front entrance. Rear off street parking provides privacy. Well lit with camera coverage. 5/8" sheet rock, insulation on interior walls and ceiling isolation strips offer solid construction and good sound dampening. Commercial sprinkler system and hardwired smoke alarm system offers superior fire protection. The elevator is a Dover hydraulic elevator that is inspected every year. Best in reliability.
