The second level is very open, with the kitchen in the middle boasting a large island. There are two options for pantries in this home! Off the living room and dining room, there are two balconies on opposite sides of the house to soak up the fresh air. As you make your way to the third level, you will find a large bookcase on the landing. The top floor opens up into a loft where you'll find the laundry room already equipped with the washer and dryer, along with the 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a standing shower, a double vanity, and a toilet with a bidet. The house is located in School District 49, built in 2022, and does have A/C. Tenant is responsible for keeping the yard area clean along with water, sewage, electric, and gas utilities. The HOA will provide trash services. Up to two pets are allowed, but be aware there is no fenced in backyard! If approved, there is a refundable $300 deposit per pet, and a monthly charge of $35 per pet.
