This apartment complex is very close to the Downtown Chattanooga Area. Let's just say convenient! There are 1 and 2 bedrooms some with open floor plans. All units include Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher along with central heat and air. Fresh Paint and New Flooring, these units are ready for you to move in. Residents are responsible for all utilities. The application Fee per Applicant Non-Refundable $35 Who is considered an applicant? Anyone 18 or older. Requirements: Total Household income BEFORE taxes has to be 3.5 times the rent amount No Bankruptcy filed in the last 12 months No evictions in the last 7 years Debt to income ratio cannot exceed 45% No collections from previous landlords No felony convictions or violent crime convictions Applications will NOT be processed until all Supporting Documentation has been provided: Copy of Driver’s License and Copy of Social Security Card Last 2 pay stubs and Bank Statements (if not available, please provide other sources of income documentation i.e. tax returns, 1099, Disability benefits, etc.) IF the property allows pets, the pet has to be approved by the owner.
