The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, quartz countertops, and upgraded finishes, along with a center kitchen island and breakfast bar. The living area, with its delightful air of trendy sophistication, offers comfortable seating, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, high vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows for plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and all rooms feature nightstands, bedside lamps, and pleasing artwork. The bathrooms have an ultra-modern look and feel, with walk-in standing showers for easy accessibility and bathtubs for relaxing bubble baths. The serene backyard is a perfect place for entertaining family and friends, whether you’re enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool or gathering in the large side yard. There’s plenty of green space for kids to run around as well. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29 per night fee will be applied. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. The fireplace is gas-operated, and you are using it at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. Our spa heating element and jets are inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
