You will find plenty of room to enjoy in this home including a large, eat-in kitchen, living room and a separate living space, 3 bedrooms, a large office and 2 full bathrooms. The basement has additional space and laundry area. Outside you will enjoy the large backyard and the convenience of being able to hop on the bike path accessed at the rear of the yard. There is an EV charging unit available. Tenant pays for all utilities (gas for heat, hot water and stove), electricity and trash removal. Water and sewer and snow removal included. No use of garage or woodstove. No pets preferred and no smoking of any kind. First month's rent, security deposit equal to one month's rent and 60% of one month's rent for realtor agency fee required. $35 application fee to outside reporting company for credit/background report for each applicant 18 years of age and over.
