TWO rooms will be available starting around June 1st. Will be 5 total people (5 bed 3 bath). Both current tenants moving out of state. Both rooms on upper floor share a bathroom. This is probably the cleanest and quietest house with 5 people living here. Generally there are always 2 people out of town, on a trip or not home. No smoking inside. 5 bedroom 3 bath 2250 sq ft 2 story house with a pool and hot tub. It is a house so living area, kitchen, outdoors are all shared. Parking is only on the street which is curbside of the house. Utilities will be split evenly by everyone that lives there every month. Your portion of utilities will probably be $150/month. House cleaners, pool cleaner and gardener split as well.
