Rutgers Busch campus is also walkable or bikable(10 mins by bike). And there is a Large park across the street with tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts, and an outdoor gym. Available August 1st is a private room in a shared single family house. The room has 2 spacious closets, window AC and will come unfurnished. Dimensions are 16x9 feet. Enough space for a queen mattress, TV and desk or seating. We maintain a quiet homey feel and keep it very clean and organized! You are expected to clean every few weeks to keep it this way. This is your home too and we want you to feel like it is. The owner lives here and is quite a good chef so shared meals are highly encouraged! Finally, we are open to all ages willing to create a pleasant environment for everyone. Please call to schedule a showing. I am available to show the house anytime between 8am and 8pm.
