Available Early November:This is a luxury 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located in The Barclay condominium building directly on the southeastern corner of Rittenhouse Square Park. Located on the 8th floor of the building, this unit has unobstructed city skyline views and an eastern view which lets in a ton of natural sunlight. This is a very spacious layout, most 1 bedroom units in this area do not have this much square footage. There are hardwood floors throughout. The condo opens up into the living room area with a faux fireplace as its centerpiece. Off of the living room is a separate dining room with built-in wall shelving and the small kitchen off of one end. The kitchen has granite countertops and comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven. Around the corner from the living room is a hallway which has a half bathroom off of it and a stackable washer/dryer unit. The bedroom is at the end of the hall and has an attached master bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub, marble floors and vanity top. The bedroom also has french doors which open up into an enormous walk-in closet.About The Neighborhood:Located right off of Rittenhouse Square!
