Exterior security cameras are on site. All loose trash must be placed in garbage bags; a $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Guests are responsible for purchasing disposable items such as garbage bags and paper towels for the duration of their stay. A monthly utility cap of $300 applies for leases, with guests responsible for any overages.
